A figure looks wrong
Tell us the page and the figure. We check it against the published DWP source and correct it if it is wrong. These go to the front of the queue.
A rule has changed
If DWP has published something that makes a page out of date, send the link. Rule changes matter more than rate changes because they change the answer, not just the amount.
Something is broken
A calculator that will not load, a result that looks impossible, a link that goes nowhere. Say what device and browser you were on.
Press and permissions
Quoting a figure, citing a page, or asking about reusing the content. Quoting with a link back is always fine and needs no permission.
